For the last 9 months, I've been trying to recreate the lovely buttercream roses that I've seen other cake makers do (I posted about it last September!), but with no real success... until now!
I finally worked out exactly which nozzle I needed, bought it from Ebay, and with a little bit of experimentation, made a 'bouquet' of 9 miniature red roses for my mum's birthday.
What I need now is an 'Alice in Wonderland' commission...
